Our technicians inspecting a septic tank system

Reliable. Professional.

Our Septic Services

  • Septic Tank Pumping

Our technicians use a powerful vacuum hose to remove liquid, sludge and scum from your septic tank. This is essential maintenance for septic systems usually occurring every 3-5 years. Our tanker truck collects all the discarded waste and we dispose of it properly.

  • DNR Time of Transfer (TOT) Inspections

An Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Time of Transfer (ToT) inspection is a mandatory evaluation of a private sewage disposal system (septic system) required before a property with such a system can be sold or transferred. The law aims to identify and replace failed or substandard septic systems that pose environmental or public health hazards.

  • Sewer Pipe Camera Inspections

We utilize a flexible waterproof camera to visually examine the plumbing lines, baffles, and structural integrity of your septic system. We take a comprehensive, non-invasive look at the inside your system for cracked pipes, sagging lines, corrosion, blockages and tree root intrusions.

  • Septic Repairs

We fix damages or malfunctions in a septic system so it can safely treat and store wastewater again. We open the tank to check sludge and scum levels, inspect the walls, baffles, and pipes. We sometimes using a camera to check pipes or the drain field. We specifically look for cracks in the tank, broken or missing baffles, leaking seams, damaged inlet/outlet pipes and collapsed or corroded tank sections.

  • Installation of Risers

We add a vertical extension pipes from the top openings (access lids) of a septic tank up to ground level so the tank can be easily accessed for maintenance. A secure lid is installed and then we backfill around the riser. It makes future pumping and inspections easier, preventing repeated digging and yard damage.

  • Septic System Installation

If the current system is not performing correctly, a new septic tank, distribution box and drain field can be installed.  Each property is different. All systems that require replacement will need to meet current DNR standards for on-site waste water treatment systems. In most cases, meeting those standards requires a larger tank and increased drain field size.
